Drogba suffered suspected knee ligament damage in Chelsea's 0-0 Champions League draw with CFR Cluj on Wednesday night, leaving the field on a stretcher and the stadium on crutches with his right leg in a brace.
Manager Luiz Felipe Scolari was already without Deco, Joe Cole, Michael Essien and Ricardo Carvalho.
Ashley Cole sat out the game with a sore back while John Terry (back) and Alex (buttock) both finished it in pain.
Scolari should get a clearer picture of where he stands over the next 24 hours but Chelsea do not boast an extensive squad and the potential loss of eight key players could be a major problem.

I had Deco in my team against United and he got injured, you cant write off chelsea so i guessed that kalou would play more since deco is injured

A lot of united boys were saying it was equal between the 3 strikers to see who would start (i didnt agree)...but i see SAF kno's best as Berbs has started every game! Tevez should be 3rd choice IMO!

I agree tevez might be on better form than Rooney, but come on its Rooney.

I reckon bench them all and play O'Shea as a lone striker seeing how versitile he is!
