I reckon if Liverpool beat Chelsea away, then everybody would say they are title contenders. Seeing that they haven't lost there in 3 years though makes you hope for a draw. I dont see us winning but its football and you never know. Though if we pick up a draw and stay within 3 pts from the top by end of Jan, then I reckon we title contenders.. But until then Chelsea, then United are hot favourates.

Liverpool must continue this good form they have throughout the Season, last year you looked good during the beginning and end part. But as a United supported i tend to follow your seasons very closely because you are our biggest rivals. I dont think you have the stability and experience to continue this through the year. I also think you dont have the depth to challenge on all fronts so you will have to see which comp you are doing well and throw everything at that.

Stability: What more must we do to show stability. We are more stable and balanced now than we have been for many years. Maybe you have a point with how far we can carry it though. Things are up at the moment but I know how quick things can change.

Experience: Our spine is all the experience we need. Not sure what you talking about: Gerrard, Torres, Keane, Carragher, Reina, Mascherano, Alonso

Depth: I disagree, yesterday we started with a very strong team and still had players like Keane, Babel, Agger, Benayoun on the bench.

The problem with you okes in my opinion is REAL quality in depth and that is not saying your depth aint good buddy but title winning depth...if Torres catches a 6 month injury you will never win the title..if Rooney catches the same injury i think United can still win the title, thats the difference in my opinion but congrats on your start buddy def. think this will be the best chance you have had in a long time ;) There is no doubt your starting 11 has a chance if they all stay fit but a couple of major injuries and i really dont think you have a chance...look at Chelsea yesterday with no Drogba (their Torres) no Carvalho (their best defender IMO) no Deco, Joe Cole going off injured, NO ESSIEN my word an amazing talent...and look how they still perform amazing!!

Thats why chelsea is favourates. But i dont think you can compare torres to rooney. Of course we will never win the league with Torres having a 6 month injury but he is liverpools match winner and rooney (IMO) is not theirs. I honestly still think its Ronaldo and if he is out for 6 months then i also feel that united won't win the league.

fair point although i would give united a better chance without Ronaldo than u without Torres...Celsea are actually the same without Lamps but they really are so consistant. Anyways you guys are looking good regardless and deserve credit...well done ;)

I agree with that, and i think the bookies have it right with the top 4. We should be finnishing 3rd, 2nd if we lucky. It would be interesting to see how we cope at the bridge.
