He did spend past the 30mill mark this season though. Its not bad for a club that dont play in the champions league.. Looks like its turning out to be a brilliant investment

Bud i think the decision to sack scolari is absolutely ridiculous! How can you give every manager 8months. Their last two managers havent lasted a year. You dont get anywhere like that. The only real explaination i can think of is if they trying to lure moriniho back to the bridge. If thats not the case than chelsea, abramovich and the board are stupid! Even dumber than benitez's tactical changes, hehe (ok ok  not that bad)

Yea fuck them! They must get relegated! He had an amazing start with virtually 8 first teamers out. Then he goes on a bad run in his first premier league season and gets sacked. The mans track record speaks for itself and i dont see why chelsea hire a foreign manager if they not gonna give him time. They didnt even allow him to sign Robinho, i mean whats the point if he aint gonna get backed. Chelsea will always fuck out because every time they go through a bad spell they sack a manager. It is absolutely ridiculous! Fergie was given 4 or 5 years at united before winning anything and now hes the most successful manager in the world. Imagine how shocking uniteds performances were in his first 5 years when a lot of fans were calling for fergie to be sacked? I'm sure chelseas performances now arent anything worse than that. I know football has evolved but there is no question that even today a manager needs time, as well as backing!

Thats the problem these days...for big clubs there is no patience Fergie would have got fucked if he started in this time! Problem with Scolari was he never managed a big club and i think we all underestimated (especially me) the transition from one to the other(Country to club management)...maybe thats why he started so well then faded? who knows....all i kno is that he was doing a horrible job towards the end! Buddy for Spurs we need clubs like Chelsea and Arsenal to start fucking out so we can break into the top 4...even for you wouldnt it be nice for a change to see Spurs and Villa maybe in for those 2? Ok obviously not us at the moment but u cathc my drift..it would be awesome to see the top 4 change slightly every season - Anyways i admit i was wrong about Chelsea but this has been a crazy season...they were magnificent  for most of the first half i watched them carfully i wasnt just making my judgement on results..they were quality and looked good to continue but how fast things can change in football especially when your manager starts fucking out!

Bud i was just as wrong as you about chelsea, i really thought they were gonna be the ones to beat. Buddy, id love it if villa and spurs had to knock Arse and Chelsea out the top 4. It'd be fantastic as long as we stay there season after season. I'm glad to see us show a bit more character by challenging and even if we get that 2nd spot it would mean a real deal. As long as we can keep improving.

Its a bit crazy these days. Clubs dont have patients but they should. I think its a big mistake that they dont give there manager time. Look, i dont mean go give Sam Allardyce 5 years and waste your time. But nobody can tell me Scolari was in that category, the oak was a master. Forget Brazil, look what he did with portugal. Their football was immence, but that didnt take him 8 months.

"In recent weeks Scolari has been at pains to point that Chelsea have had injury problems and are not the club they once were in terms of spending.

That is true, but it is a loser's lament. Chelsea still have the biggest wage bill in the Premier League and a host of world-class players.

Whose fault is it that Didier Drogba once looked the most dangerous striker in the football, and now looks one of the most lacklustre?

Whose fault is it that Chelsea's lack of genuine wide players makes their predictable approach a simple one for opposing coaches to counter? "

this is wot i was saying....

I dont really agree doggy i think Club football is way different to Country...and he didnt win shit with Portugal?

He brought flair and quality attacking ball in the beginning but completely lost his way...not saying he cant manage club ball but start elsewhere where the pressure aint so big then make his way up i think.

He had never before managed a club in Europe and made his name at international level thanks to coaching sides so packed with brilliance that a novice would have struggled to mess things up.

His World Cup in 2002 was secured by a Brazil team including Ronaldo, Rivaldo and Ronaldinho at the peak of their powers.

His six years with Portugal coincided with the best emergence of talent enjoyed by any country since France in the mid-90s including the best international defence, the best player in the world in Cristiano Ronaldo, and plenty of strength in depth throughout the side.

With such quality available, Scolari's time with Portugal was ultimately something of a failure. There was certainly no chance of Abramovich being as forgiving with Chelsea.

You see that was chelseas fault for hiring him then. Not his. If they took into account that they were getting a manager thats only managed international level with teams packed with brilliance, they should have known that they had to give him time. He still did well with portugal boet. The country never wanted to let him go to chelsea. England has a team of decent players, (Gerrard, Rooney, Ferdinand, Terry, Lampard) just as good, if not better than portugals, i dont need to say more about them... and NO manager has seemed to get them where they should be. I think hes still a good manager, Chelsea saw that and sacked Grant for him. But i'm sure if you gave the man another season or 2 then you would have seen something else. Now whats gonna happen, they gonna get another oak in, hes gonna do worse than Scolari and then people talk about pressure, then a few weeks down the line they gonna sack him and pay 15mill pounds (i'd rather spend that on players)

To be fair you cant give the guy 5 years the same was you wont give Big Sam and the same way Liverpool shouldnt be giving Benitez, but at least give the guy a season. what the fuck is ray wilkins going to do? No doubt the biggest loss to Chelsea was the Pora but with that poes Kenyon there they are going to get destroyed (that the United fan coming out of me hehe)

There we go, he's track record speaks for itself, but 1 year is never enough. Maybe 5 is a lot for some of you man utd fans but you got to give him at least 2 i think. Then sas out the situation then. 8 months or even 1 year in the prem, especially that its his 1st time their? Its stupidity from chelsea getting him in the first place if they not gonna give him time. Its not like chelsea are out of the top 4 and its not like they have had a shocking season. I'm sorry i just dont understand the logic

Yeah i agree not a bad option if u prepared to give him time...if not then it was a stupid move there was a shitload he had to adapt to!

It looks like it. Even he will take time theres no question about it. But i reckon he would sign some quality and hed be a great motivation to the team. If i was abramovich i'd drop my pride a bit and sort things out with jose... And bring the fucker back!

Yeah so would i but it would be tough to get him right now? Anyways i think Rijkaard has better club experience than Scolari and i love his brand of football...dont think he would take as long! Fuck i actually hope they dont get him then!! hahaha
